Kulam Ba'Valley is a dynamic community movement rooted in grassroots empowerment, launched in 2022. Located in Greater Vancouver’s beautiful Fraser Valley, our mission is to connect, support, and create Jewish community, values, and advocacy in the Langley area—offering meaningful opportunities for people of all ages and needs within our vibrant community.

What began as a small, local initiative has grown beyond our immediate area, uniting members, allies, and partners from diverse backgrounds. Together, we foster leadership, advocate for change, and build a strong, inclusive Jewish presence in the Valley.
